The desktop program for the office PC, rented separately. When it's connected, every quote and job on this phone shows up there, the office can open any quote as a full plan-set bid, and you can start a full bid from either the desktop or this phone.
Photo a receipt on any quote or job. Vendor, total and date stay with the job, you see materials bought against what you quoted, and the whole bundle prints for your bookkeeper. Backed up to your account so a new phone still has them.
Price sets for the areas you work. Each region can carry its own sales tax, labor rate, and any item prices that differ there (rental yards most of all). Pick the region on a quote, or tap Nearest and let the phone choose. Everything you don't override falls back to your base library.
Every price and labor unit the quote uses. Update a price here and every future quote uses it; each item remembers when you last touched it.
New quotes stop at 20 until they set up an account. Quotes already built never lock — they stay open, editable and sendable for good.
Asks one or two short questions after each of the first five finished quotes, then stops for good. This is how the tester's answers get back to you.
